  • shareholder/joint venture arrangements
  • corporate structuring and formation
  • buy-outs, growth and development capital transactions

  • privatisations

We act for a range of resources, energy and infrastructure clients having advised companies such as BHP Billiton, Apache Energy, Newcrest Mining, Atlas Iron, Rio Tinto, Fortescue Metals, Barrick Gold, Minara Resources, Hancock Prospecting and the Port Hedland Port Authority.

In relation to emerging markets, Hunt & Humphry and leading emerging markets project finance and corporate law firm Trinity International LLP have joined forces as a specialised projects team focussing on emerging markets, particularly Africa, Asia, and Australasia.
