Agribusiness

Members of the Hunt & Humphry team have advised on the development of a number of agricultural projects across several jurisdictions.   We have experience across the project lifecycle of an agricultural project having advised on large agri-business projects in Australia and emerging markets.  Our team has sub-sector experience in sugar, forestry, dairy, fruit, aquaculture and agri-energy.

We advise on structuring, financing (equity and debt), operational matters and corporate/commercial transactions in the sector (including M&A).
