Power related projects form an important part of the Hunt & Humphry practice. Members of the Hunt & Humphry team have advised on small and large power developments from greenfield gas, diesel and coal projects to large renewable projects (including solar, wind, geothermal and hydro).
The team is familiar with the various documents which are required to piece together power projects and have experience in the commercial, environmental, insurance, security and financing issues involved.
Our experience also extends to emerging markets including, in particular, Africa. Conrad Marais is rated individually in Chambers Global 2011 for his energy and projects experience in Africa.
